Faith does not always know how, but faith knows Who

When God calls us to something, He rarely hands us the full plan at the same time. Abraham left home without knowing where he was going. The disciples left their nets without knowing what a fisher of men looked like. Faith has always walked ahead of the map.

That can feel uncomfortable. We want to know how the church will be planted, how the finances will come, how the team will form. But the Bible does not ask us to know how. It asks us to know Who. “I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day” (2 Timothy 1:12).

Across the GoChurch family we have watched God do this again and again. Two churches planted in 1997 with no idea they would one day become one family. A Bible college opened in Lebanon before anyone could explain how it would be sustained. The how arrived after the yes.

If God has placed a city, a people or a next step on your heart, you do not need to see the whole road. Take the step you can see today, and trust the One who sees the rest.
